How much does a practice refit cost?
Practice refits are tailored to suit individual budgets – levels of work required, materials used and size of premises will all have a bearing on the price.

How long will a practice refit take?
Practice refits can take as little as 3 days or as long as 6 weeks, again depending on what is entailed – however ‘downtime’ is kept to the absolute minimum as a matter of priority in all cases.

What size will a test room need to be?
Today’s equipment means that test rooms can be smaller than ever before, however, using conventional site testing equipment, the minimum requirement is 3050mm long x 2100mm wide. Standard size = 3150mm x 2440mm.

Can you provide a full turnkey project i.e. carpeting, building works etc..?
Yes, we have own Contracts Division within the group.

Will our practice have to be closed whilst the refit goes ahead?
Usually this is preferable as the job can be completed quicker, however, in some situations it is possible to remain trading while the work is in progress (subject to your particular working situation).

Can you provide locking displays to protect frames?
Yes, we offer one of the most extensive range of locking and non locking frame display systems in the world.

Can you ship displays to other countries?
Yes, we are a growing force is in the optical interior export market.

Does you have a showroom I can visit?
We have a purpose built, state of the art showcentre at our head office.

What are the payment terms?
We operate industry standard payment terms of 45% deposit, 45% 2nd stage payment and a 10% balance payment on completion – alternatively, we can arrange a fully tailored finance package to suit your needs (this would entail no upfront payments and set number of monthly repayments following completion of the work).

Are there standard sizes for your furniture?

No – All our furniture is bespoke manufactured, however, optimum sizes do exist and are used whenever suitable to increase frame display capacity etc.

Can I buy the spectacle displays separately?
Yes – we operate an internal division dedicated to the supply of frame displays, accessories and visual merchandising equipment (payment terms vary from practice refit terms and are usually on a pro forma basis).

Is there a minimum order that I have to place?
No – You can buy as few or as many as you like, however, discounts only apply on volume orders (please ask for details).

What is the delivery time for your products?
This is variable dependant of which product/products you require (please contact us for details).

Do you use a standard range of finishes?
No – we are constantly sourcing new materials and finishes from around the world. If it exists and is suitable for application, then technically there is no reason why it cannot be used within your scheme.

Do you have brochures that I can have a look at?
Yes – Please contact us via our contact page and the latest catalogues will be forwarded to you.

Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes – All our products are protected under warranty (please contact for details).

What is the required lead time?
This is variable and dependant on the size of project – A minimum of 4 weeks is standard rising to 8 weeks during peak times.
